What are the standard check-in and check-out times?

We are pleased to welcome you to Oasis Suites Fira. Our check-in time begins at 15:00. If you expect to arrive outside of our standard reception hours, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a smooth welcome for you. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you vacate your suite by 11:00.

Is breakfast included in the stay?

We offer a delicious daily breakfast service featuring local ingredients. This is available upon request for an additional fee.

Do you provide transportation from the airport?

We can certainly assist with your arrival. We offer an airport transfer service to bring you directly to the hotel. Please note that this service is available for an additional charge, and we recommend booking it at least 48 hours in advance of your flight.

Where is the hotel located?

Oasis Suites Fira is centrally located in the heart of Fira town, just 50 meters from the main square. This prime location places you within a short walking distance of the famous Caldera views, the Archaeological Museum, and the island’s central bus station, making it an ideal base for exploration.

Is the property suitable for families?

Yes, we welcome families at our property. 

Are pets allowed?

We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted at Oasis Suites Fira. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests.
